Steam doesn't let me purchase anything at the moment

Everytime I'm trying to buy something, I get this error message. I get it for every type of purchase (steam wallet, paypal, mastercard, etc.) Did someone have similar problems? What's the fix of this? I've tried restarting steam, deleting clientregistry.blob then restart steam, but nothing helped so far. It's kinda annoying, could someone help me with dis?

Haha, I bought it, don't particularly care for the game as I had it on PS2 but it was ok back then, but I could not pass up on the offer lol

weird is, that it's not doing this with only just cause, but every damn game. I tried with several games, it's not letting me buy anything

Use another Steam account to buy games to send to your main account if you want. The Summer Card progress won't carry over, though.
