Hi, some games with dlcs always pop up as same seems having problem to check owned dlcs.. I use that eye icon on giveaways to hide such games completely. I have standart TW2 edition I think, but eye icon helped me to hide even velvet ediotion. Try it out.

Yes, sure, that technically "works", I guess, BUT...this still doesn't fix the problem in the long-term for any of the new potential users/winners in the future. I sincerely thank you for the suggestion/recommendation nonetheless, but the problem's still out there.
Someone would have to tackle this eventually, because it's not going to be a good form if such bugs/errors continue on going forever.

Yeah, I know. Site has problems on any dlc stuff, so these editions or dlcs alone are better to check at winners library. Recently I was giving away Rumble worms legendary dlc and needed reroll 7 times and I were actually lucky, cause when I looked at entries, like 4 of 31 haven't had dlc yet. Some people are sadly there just to take and don't even care what.

Because the problem is the Steam API it will not change.
So using the eye icon is the only possible way to hide it.
I recommend to use the eye icon for all owned games because if a game get banned/loose the shoppage on steam, it will be back as "not owned" because the Steam API can't check it anymore.
I hope that Info helps.

1000% sure.
SG use the steam API to get infos like the price of the games and if you own the game.
And the steam API can't check the ownership of bundles :(
So each Bundle or extra Edition must be checked manual from the users. Only the base game + sountrack or a Deluxe Edition, they all make problems.

As it is a bundle it can't know that you already have it in your library based on the API's limitations for finding DLC content. That being said, any game or bundle that you have previously won and marked received could/should be filtered. After you win a game and add it to your library it will still show up until SG syncs.

I don't know a whole lot about how these things work, but from what I understand, this site gets all it's information about user's Steam accounts from the Steam API. The Steam API does not say what DLC a Steam account owns. This means that unless the Steam API is changed to include DLC information, this site will not know what DLC anyone owns.
If steamgifts does not know what DLC users own, it will not be able to filter any giveaways for DLC or packages that contain DLC because it doesn't know if you own it or not. This is unfortunate, but that is how all DLC works on this site and it is probably not going to change any time soon. The best thing you can do for now is to just click the eye icon once you notice an issue to block that specific giveaway and then you will never see those giveaways again.

The Steam API does not say what DLC a Steam account owns
Well, all of the DLCs I've ever obtained are included/listed separately as individual titles in my game library (in my profile), so...it seems that it's doing at least some work on it's end.

DLCs may be listed separately on Steam, but they do not return DLCs in their GetOwnedGames or other API requests. What Steam does on their platform and what's publicly accessible/available through their API are two very different things.
Take a look for yourself: Steam Web API. You can even request an API key and try it yourself if you're still refusing to believe what you're being told.

Like I said, I don't really know how it works. I don't know much about how servers, websites, or programs work, I'm just repeating what I have read from many previous threads about the same issue.

I think this is due to the fact that the DLC is included in the package (according to my observations, sg does not know how to work with them correctly).
The only solution is to hide this package manually (it is enough to do it once, and all other data packages this game will be hidden automatically).

I've won and successfully redeemed a copy of "Two Worlds II: Velvet Edition" quite a while ago on this site, and my personal settings are set to automatically hide all give-away offers of the games which I already have in my library, but "Two Worlds II: Velvet Edition" still keeps on showing up constantly each and every time someone creates a new give-away entry for it. This is clearly a bug/error in the site's script/code (or in it's database of titles), so this definitely warrants for a revision and the eventual fixing of this problem.
