Depends, how many games do you want? Indies or big budget titles? Want all the DLC or just the base game? Want more recent games, or are you fine with games that are a few years old?

If you don't own many games then yes. I'm sure Battle Block Theater and good games of that nature will be close to a dollar on flash sales 90% off.

i bought 5 great games during the summer sale with 20$, but i guess it depends in what you want, i hope i see shadow of mordor for 20$

i think 50USD is not enough for all of your wishlist, but with that price you can probably get 10-60 games, dependin on the sale and wich ones you pick. You should check out steamtrades since a lot of your wishlist has been in previous bundles.
