Will the Humble Bundle for Android 3(the new one) be available to create giveaways?

i would like to giveaway a couple copies but they are not on the dropdown list for giveaways. and neither are the other android bundles

They will most likely be on the list later. Probably after the bundle is not on sale anymore.

But Indie Gala is still on sale and its on list. Also previous android bundles are not in the list.
