RIP me, apparently it was from another email that forwarded to my primary email. Apparently, even though I migrated all my purchases over to the new email when I changed my account, I have an old account under the old email (with only one bundle in its library from almost a decade ago) which got the promotion when my primary account did not. Well, that kind of sucks. I let support know I was disappointed in the poor communication (since, if I hadn't scrolled down, neither the new subscribers only or only from this email address stipulations were visible, and they weren't visible on the subscription page) but I'm not optimistic about getting a key at this point.

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out! I apologize for any frustration we might have caused by not including you in our most recent subscriber promotion(s). We are always trying out new ways to grow and expand our subscriber base, and unfortunately we cannot offer all of our promotions to each of our customers. This is in no way a reflection of our appreciation of your support!
While I cannot guarantee that we'll be running any promotions in the future that you will qualify for, I will definitely pass your feedback along to the appropriate team members, so that we can take it into consideration when making future developments.
Thank you again for your support and feedback,

I'm not annual, I didn't get the mail, so that one's not correct, at least.

I sent in a support ticket, because I am really upset with this offer.
I would have liked that game, exept I can't take the offer cause I am on a annual subscription.
I don't expect much from it, but maybe it helps a bit sending out the message: "don't take your active subscribers for granted, they deserve something too"
Anyway, this is my ticket (names removed):
*I have an active annual subscription on the Humble Bundle Monthly, which is up for renewal December 28th.
I am pretty sure I am going to cancel my subscription because I am really upset with all the perks that are handed out to new subscribers.
I got an email which promised me $15 store credit if I would take a 3 month subscription, that one got retracted a few hours later, saying "oops, you are not eligible"
Then I heard about the offer of Kingdom Come: Deliverance for new subscribers that would take a 3 month subscription.
That really did it! No perks for active subscribers whatsoever.
Apparantly we, active and annual subscribers don't really matter!
I would have gladly taken the Kingdome Come: Deliverance offer, exept I can't!
I don't like to be slapped in the face like this.
I am disgusted by your current marketing strategy that is solely targeting new customers and offering them big rewards for subscribing and taking your current subscribers for granted.
I am going to cancel my subscription before my renewal date, I have still 2 months left on my subscription, the Nov. and the Dec. bundle.
Make me an offer I can't resist sounds lame, but that's is how it stands.
As an active subscriber there is just no incentive to stay subscribed, because the big rewards go to new customers.
Sincerely, a very upset and annoyed customer, *

Hi (name removed),
Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the wait!
I definitely understand where you're coming from. I'll be sure to raise your concerns with the rest of my team about the Monthly offers for new customers versus current subscribers, and we'll consider it when making future decisions. I can't guarantee that we'll be able to take applicable action, but we appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us.
Please feel free to share your feelings with us anytime.
Thank you again,
All the best,
-Lorrie

At least I tried.

I did too; it was the last straw on a big pile of straws over the past year (and that's what I told them, too).
Now to convince myself that I'm not missing anything, the backlog is big enough and the games will be in a regular bundle before a year has passed anyway ..... right?
And to see if I can stick to this decision if they start piling on the "please come back" offers, if they ever even do ...

did activate a week ago the november monthly because I wanted holow knight; and paused my subscription (I have 2 months left)
Found something funny in my emails.
an offer of $20 for a new yearly subscription from HB... of course not elligible if I ever did get any of those previously >_<"
honestly HB, like your support does REALLY appreciate and take into account feedback I sent.
something that bug my mind... How does HB really hope to grew their subscriber base, when they f*%& their loyal subscribers base like that.

I was checking the next billing date on Humble and I saw this offer below.
[ Is it a GO for you? ] OR [ Wait for Better Deal? ]
I am as excited for Kingdom Come as I am for Pathfinder. :D However, this is for ANNUAL Plan/12 Months and its for the Base Game Only. Regards and Cheers, Cruse~
