Hi all I'm new to steam gift and let out a game that already had the key and send the winner but ...Awaiting Feedback, if I get that receives the key never press the button that Recivier the key happens?

Winning a game and putting it back up as a give-away. You're supposed to redeem every game you win on the steam account associated with this website.

of course, activate it with the key you won.

then you need to get a new key/gift for the winner of your giveaway, or just leave it unsent. it's up to you.

Ask for the giveaway to be deleted (yours) and redeem the key that you won.

That'll happen, you're supposed to wait a week at least before worrying about it though. They're supposed to click a button to mark it as received when they confirm it's all good, right now you've sent it and they haven't marked it as received yet.
