If you know how much games you get (unless you ask for donations) how can it "fail" ?

Also if you go till december 31 then it will be alot of games.

Well then get clearer about what you do want and can do.

I gonna do a daily jigidi thing like last year, one or two games (depending on donations maybe some more) per day from december 1 to december 31. Better spread through the whole month then a bunch on some days.
I am sure some more will do their own advent thing too.

Well if it's just slots and not gifts you mean with limit you can always open a support ticket asking for more slots.

Well, first off I'd suggest doing it next year instead when you can plan it in advance! But if you want to do it this year my suggestion is to make the giveaways shorter - if you make 24h giveaways you'll only need enough slots for the games you giveaway on any single day. You can calculate how many slots you will need if you make them 48h or one week long and see if it works out.

I'd also suggest just doing one whitelist giveaway a day and the rest public - or one public and the rest whitelisted if you make a thread with some way of being whitelisted so that more people can enter.

If there's a 90% chance of you failing to do it, change what "it" is until there's a 90% chance of you succeeding instead!
