Heyo,

so about a month ago I purchased my first and only groupees bundle. I never created an account, I just picked a price, paid with paypal and was redirected to a page where I could reveal my keys.

Since I didnt reveal all of them I wanted to get back there today, but I cant figure out how. Groupees does not send you a mail with the bundle link, and none of my email addresses seem to be connected to a groupees account since I tried resetting the password for any of them. I also tried logging in to groupees with my steam account, but that just gives me an empty profile.

All I have is the Paypal receipt for the purchase.

Anybody have any idea how to get to my keys?

Thanks!

Perhaps if you contact their Support team, they might be able to help?

if you got a Paypal receipt maybe Groupees support can help you with the transaction id, best done through email with a screenshot of your Paypal recipt

Not sure if there's a faster way about it, but Groupees support is known for being excellent in deailing with payment and account issues, so you ought just be able to contact them about it.

If they're online in Groupees chat, it's apparently sometimes faster to poke them about it through support chat and ask for a private chat to discuss it, so you could check into that.

Does your paypal receipt list any sort of confirmation/transaction ID (other than the paypal one)?
If so, may be able to log in with Steam and see if you can associate the bundle to the account using that information.

Sure I have a transaction Id and an invoice number and I have no doubts they can help me get my keys again. I just thought there may be a simple answer like 'click the xyz button' instead of waiting for days for a reply from their upport. I guess steam support made me wary of all support ;)

Will contact groupees now and see how long it'll take them

Both Groupees and Humble are known for their excellent support [caveat, Humble is a bit wonky when it comes to regional issues], and BundleStars isn't really known for having issues to begin with.
So I think those three sites are pretty reliable [though GMG and IndieGala, whew. Be careful on those sites.]

It doesn't look like Groupees has a 'Claim a Purchase' option like Humble does, so yeah, you'll need to contact support. :/
