Somehow, missing gift links from happy hour purchases have become a regular thing with Indie Gala. Soon we'll be surprised when it doesn't happen. :(

Usually I get 3 out of the expected 4, but this time I only got 1. Woohoo! :)

Fortunately, they have always fixed it after an email. Just wish I didn't need to send an email, and it would work correctly all by itself... :)

The last two or three times went well for me, so I was hoping the issue was solved. For the original buy during "special price time" I had payed the suggested price, instead of manually putting in the lowest possible. So I thought that could've been the reason for it going well the last times. But since I payed suggested price this time as well, apparently it's unrelated to that.
Anyways, it's interesting to see how you also got no gifts. So maybe nobody does and that's a general issue that's going to be fixed before HH is over? We'll see...

They've been quick this time: One and a quarter hour after my message to support I got the missing bundles. Usually they ask me to contact them again once the happy hour is over.
Have your missing bundles been delivered as well?

I saw I had an email from Indie Gala after I left this morning, but didn't read it until I got home... :) No point teasing myself... :)

Anyway, looks like mine was fixed quickly as well, didn't have to wait and re-send the request after the happy hour was over either. :)

So it appears their happy hour gift stuff is still broken, but fortunately their support is still good... :) I really wish I didn't have to know their support is good, though... I think the best support is the kind you never need to contact, because the stuff just works... :)

Bummer edit: Oops, spoke too soon. I checked all four of my gift links, and they were all blank. No games, no keys listed. Hoping it's working tomorrow... :)
