Bundles that package the tiers into one key do not allow gifting/activation, of single titles from the tier.

Are you talking about a Store purchase from Humble Store ?
If yes you can't unless the pack comes as 3 seperate keys.
Steam does not provide gift copies (for most) games you already own if you activate a package that contains them.

I just tried and with Stalker you won't get a gift of games you already have.

That sucks but it doesn't change the fact that Steam only gives you gifts for very few games if you already have them and Stalker is not one of them (and that's assuming you have them on Steam).

None that I know of. But Steam is not gonna provide you with a Gog key anyway or do you still have that Gog key lying around (unactivated). I'm not a huge expert on Gog but I'm pretty sure you can't gift games from your Libary there neither.

If you buy the Stalker Bundle you WON'T get 3 different gifts for each game.
If you buy them for youselfs it will activate the missing ones to your account and Clear Sky will be lost. If you buy the Bundle as a gift you will get 1 gift in your inventory.
