average entries to win?

1700+ entrie and 10 wins ...
that means I would get a win for every 170 entry BUT Faerie solitaire giveaway doesn't really count...
and
i did contribute and can enter most contributor giveaways

There are people who won something the same day they registered and people who didn't win anything with 1000+ entries here. It's random.

• If you enter 1 giveayway with 1 total entry, your chance to win is 100%.
• If you enter 1 giveayway with 100 total entries, your chance to win is 1%.
• If you enter 3 giveaways with 10 total entries, your chance to win all three is: 1/10 1/10 1/10 >> 1:1000 or 0.1%
• If you enter 3 giveaways with 10 total entries, your chance to win at least one is: 1 - (9/10 9/10 9/10) >> 271:1000 or 27.1%

etc...

These type of answers are as useless as your question.

If you want to know how to augment your chance to win, then the answer is quite simple:
Enter giveaways with as little participants as possible. e.g.

• join a steam group with a limited number of members that does regular group giveaways
• use the forums to enter private giveaways that are either publicly posted or hidden in a puzzle
• create giveaways to earn contributor status
• enter giveaways that are only open for a short time (e.g. 1 hour giveaways)

You don't wanna know.
