It's not much of a change but I like it. I had been taking a 5oz can of tuna and mixing in about 3 table spoons of mayo and 3 table spoons of sweet relish and eating that with crackers. Now I have added about 5oz of queso and eating with tortilla chips instead. It's even better. :D
I cooked rice for everyone the other night for dinner and oatmeal for breakfast. My great dane is not so happy with change but with a little milk she becomes a lot more agreeable.

Ooh never thought of adding sweet relish to tuna! :o
Have you ever tried adding (fresh) onions?

Here mayo and relish or any diced up pickle is pretty typical tuna salad. Egg is also a nice addition. I've never tried onion or pepper but queso typically has some pepper in it.

Mayo is a no brainer! Relish isn't very common here, I'm only used to it because I have an American friend. 😅

Hot sauce? Interesting, I'll try that next time!
I don't have relish anymore. :(

My kid doesn't like relish, so I dice celery fine and add a bit of chives. Fine diced red onion is nice also. Also, a teaspoon of mustard, if it's a nice type. (With mayo, of course!)

Oh dijon mustard would probably do quite nice or maybe honey mustard, possibilities!

I like celery for the texture. But your ingredients sound great.

Apparently it's a ["classic American" recipe](Tuna Egg Salad With Sweet Pickle Relish), whatever that means.

Add a little celery and some lettuce and you have an actually nutritious meal.

My gf once invented a recipe for Bananas Foster. I didn't have the heart to tell her it'd been around since the 19th century

There's fr so many tasty ways you can spice up the standard tuna mayo. My favourite thing to do is add about 1 tbsp of Lao Gan Ma to the tuna/mayo mix (as well as some MSG and black pepper, too!). It's so delicious and gives it a nice warm umami flavour.

I have found they have Thai sweet chili sauce at the local grocer and plan to pick some of this lovely concoction up to try tuna recipes with. My taste buds can hardly wait!
