Telltale Humble Bundle region lock???

Unless stated on their site, I don't think they would do a region lock on the games.
Source: They once had FFXV in one of their bundles, and it was stated as region locked.

With steamlocks it shows that tales from the bordelands dont have lock it's US>US region free.
I am from South america region, so i guess it dont have region lock.
But you can make the giveaway without generating the key, and give the gift link to the winner, and if he cant activate it you can contact humble support and say that it was not stated in the bundle page that your bundle had a region lock and them ask for them to provide the key with the lock for that friend (winner) region or just give you region free keys.

I did that twince when i received region locked keys where they dint stated anything on the main page.
