Is Fallout 3 good? :)

Fallout 3 is bad. New Vegas i fun but full of bugs.

I love NV more because of the incredible amount of qusts, crafting system and faction-system. But in terms of FALOUT-Y feeling Fallout 3 that's delivers. The world has great atmosphere, true to the post-apocalyptic game.The DLC-s are also quite good. If you want to stick to the original feeling of the game: The Pit > Point lookout > operation Anchorage > Mothership Zeta. Broken Steel actually plus content and allows you to follow after completing the main quest, that's okay. ( Rating: The pit is true to Fallout 3 with dark atmosphere, slaves and slavers. Point Lookout is really dark and twisted, but a little like something stiched to the original game, not really blends in. Operation Anchorage is a simulator, to replay the war in Anchorage. Combat oriented, with great loot at the end.[little meh]. Mothership Zeta: UFOs got you, and you poor soul need to fight yourself through the alien ship, containing ridiculous amounts of weightless crystals and just laughable weight-value rate weapons [like 2 weight, 7-800ish caps?] Mothership Zeta felt like a gold-mine DLC with some shooting for me, a real disappointment.)
TLDR: Buy Fallout 3, and if you'll have time try out NV too, it's great too :)

I played Fallout 3 first, then NV, then Skryim. Which is probably why I like Fallout 3 the most. However, I like Skyrim better than NV.

I remember the first time I was playing Fallout 3 like it was yesterday. At first, all I had ran into were rats and random bad guys with pool sticks and lead pipes. Eventually, I made it to a major highway where there were guys with guns. That was pretty cool killing them all.

As I continued walking, I saw this big ass thing crawling towards me from the distance on the highway. It was so out of place. Anyways, this big ass thing turned out to be a big ass scorpion. Before that moment, I had no idea that anything that big could be in this game. I had just never encountered anything like that before. That mofo was huge and I was scared as shit.

I was jumping on top of cars, shooting that thing with the weak ass 9mm I had. My bullets didn't do a damn thing to it. I forgot VATS existed. I probably ran around for a good 5 mins, pausing the game to collect myself because I was freaking out so much. I felt like it was real life. Anyways, I threw a few poorly thrown grenades and blew myself up. Great game.

Surely would recommend!
