I got scammed by guy who made this thread (people tells me that still calling out... :( ) I won't add this nick because I think there are bans for it. (screen: http://i.imgur.com/i5cIgaN.png - stupid politycs and i can't call out scammer)
Can I do something or nope? It's only 30-40cents but I hate scammers.

Firstly, you were trading for a humble bundle link which is not advised by Steam or HumbleBundle and therefore they won't support you if something goes wrong.

Secondly, you were scammed by someone under the age of 12 or an idiot (or both), based on the fact that he stole $2 in skins from you. Unfortunately there's nothing you can do to get your CSGO items back because they were traded through the official trade window.

Thirdly, move on. There are people losing much more than a couple CS:GO skins out there. Next time just buy the humble bundle yourself to avoid any hassle.

People often get scammed by impersonators of some high-rep users and and then blame completely wrong person. A scammer can call out his victim to create confusion. So no calling out rule is here to prevent witch hunts.
