How do I enable Steam Guard ?

I just got my account back from being hijacked but for some reason I can't enable Steam Guard. I'm sorry if this might be a stupid question, haha.

Have you restarted Steam? That fixed it for someone on the forums. If not, is it possibly forcing you to change your security details (password, question, email)?
