I couldn't be bothered writing out every steam game, so here:
LEGO everything
Neverending awesomeness till the time itself ends

The steam application itself - i play it as well, "collecting" temporary licenses for games i'll never own and likely never play.
I'd still pay some money for them ... not much considering so far. If has to be a game, then one that needs to be
Steam exclusive - else why bother.

I vote for Real Life. Best graphics, best physic, very expanded rpg system but Game Masters in my server (named Poland) sucks.

Online games are the answers.
For example Orion: Dino Horde (now Prelude) comes to my mind, even if I'm totally aware that the game is far from been perfect... but I had a lot of fun playing it, because of all the good people that played with me. : )
The best part of Steam is the community aspect, after all.
I bet we could have many different answers based on where we found the best community for ourself.

Well I wanted to spark up an argument :P What is the best game there is on steam. The game that people vote for the most wins I suppose xD (and no, potatoes are not games. I saved the poll for that). I'm a fan of CS:GO myself...
