Also, they were the only game that did not restock their keys at all in the Fanatical bundle. I was ready to buy it and give the game a shot, but the game sold out on day one. Now the bundle has been going on for nearly two months and they've refused to restock it.

Yet, it seems like no one actually bought the game, there were a couple of extra giveaways here, but nearly no increase in the player count. How many keys did they give for the bundle, 100? It feels like they deliberately provided the smallest number of keys possible, and so it stays in a bundle as "sold out" for months, as a free advertisment for their game.

Seems it even worked for them, because this sale now saw a huge jump in the player count. Maybe I'm just bitter I couldn't get the game from the bundle, but I certainly wouldn't buy the game "on sale" after they refuse to restock a bundle (that is still going on).

What do you mean "microtransactions"? I played the game but I didn't see any microtransactions, am I blind? The only currency in the game are coins which you earn by playing multiplayer which is a bummer since the game is dead. The Complete Edition which is the only one you can buy includes both Parking Pass Season 1 & 2. Still a bummer about the coins, I was really looking forward to playing the game but it was just a huge disappointment when I realized they were only attainable through multiplayer. They Should've been obtainable via singleplayer AND multiplayer in my opinion.
