How to gift a game that's been removed?

Chainsaw Warrior from Yogscast Jingle Jam 2017 has been removed from the steam store and does return in the search results on the drop-down when I enter the name of the game. Some people in one of my groups still have it wishlisted so is there a way to properly give the game?

Basically, no, because Stramgifts syncs data with steam, so removed games also get canned by default.
Also, the game has such a pitiful CV, that even if you could do a giveaway you wouldn’t benefit from it.
Best just to gift it to a friend that wants it directly.

Yeah that's fair but since the game no longer has a steam page I can't see which friends have wishlisted it and I don't see a way to view who in the group has wishlisted it. I'm not at all opposed to this option though.
Best option may be to dump it in a discord and see if anyone takes it but I doubt anyone would want it and I wonder what else I can do.
ETA: Oops I accidentally said something that's frowned upon here. Sorry!

Whaaaat you are awesome! How did you get that link? Some manual URL magic? I wouldn't have even thought of that. Thank you!!

Sadly no one who is actually on my friends list wants the game :( Everyone has either played it or has it in their library. Oh well. I'll look into alternatives. Thanks again.

I am going to ask around in a few places but, failing that, I'll check if it's against the rules or not to just make a post here and DM it to the first person to reply.

I think if you create a support ticket under the category "Add game to list", support can manually add the game so giveaways can be created again.

Thank you, I always forget that's an option. As Mayanaise said though, it's such a pitifully low CV that I won't don't want to bother support with a silly request for a game that likely no one has a key for anymore except me. Thank you for the helpful reply though :)
