Have the same prob, because I don't want to pay credit card fees. I looked it up:
Entopay "requires VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo or Delta". So you obviously need a credit card to get a virtual credit card.

I paid it through my bank's Debit Card, which doesn't work like normal Credit/Debit cards. It requires a password verification on my bank's website whenever I do any transaction, and so Steam and many websites fail with it, but entropay works fine with it.
They also list Bank Transfers so I thought that they accept direct fund transfers.
Well, it works for me, so I thought I'd suggest it here so that it might help someone else who doesn't have a credit card.

Do you have to buy the physical copy to activate these?
I bought Mount and Blade digital download so I could activate it on Steam, however, the CD key was in the wrong format apparently.
