Question about csgostrong and skintrades

In short he says he needs my help to withdraw it, the csgostrong coins to skin(deposit 15 $). Is this true, does they need you to deposit atleast 15 $ for 800 $? I know that it used to have like 5 $ deposit needed on csgostrong or smth like that... He like used free coins code and got up to this somehow.

So now do you need to deposit anything to withdraw, please give me info about it.?

He gave me a screenshot for some confirmation but i think you can make it in html or even paint...

Do you understand that I didn't understand a thing that you said? That's why I said that you need to explain what happened.
