I'm not positive, but I have heard that if you file a support ticket, steam support can change the region of a game. I'm not positive, though.

You get Eastern Bunny as a companion later in game

Strange, did not know that Fallout had region restrictions in different areas, I assume it would though since India is in the East. But yeah, file a support ticket.

youll get polish, czech and russian language after installation, so I wouldnt recommend to even try activate it

You can activate the game, do not listen to previous comments. The one difference is the set of languages supported. If you want play it in English you have no problems, but French, German, Italian and Spanish aren't available.

When you trade an item with Eastearn european people, don't forget of checking the gift description though, you can see activation limitations there if any.

I won a copy of this here and it installed fine. There was no region lock. I haven't gotten around to actually playing it yet (damn backlogs) but I'm guessing it should be fine.

You can use it. I'm 100% certain. It has fewer languages compared to a ROW copy. But English is confirmed to be in the game.

I traded a few copies of this during the summer sale with no issue.

It is not restricted u just get English + Russian as languages
