That is a bad feeling. Just as bad is the feeling when you give a game away and send the key right after it ends only to have the winner wait for days to receive it and mark it received. Its bad when you have to beg someone to take a game they won.

Personally I wouldn't mind any case, though for a non received-yet win you see constantly the notification for it on top of steamgifts, while for a non received-yet game you sent you don't see any notification after you sent it. But hey, you flush it out ;)

Its worst the feeling when you win a game in a GA of 2 - 4 persons (not covering the cuota) and dont know if the Gifter will send the key/gift or not.
And even worst while waiting lot of days the key, you see some GA of the same game with a good chance of winning and dont know if enter or no, so you dont want a multiple winning report
