I'm in a panic! Dreamfall is not available in Russia. I bought it. Accident. I jokingly remarked that the top selling game is available. and i clicked this Surprisingly purchase went good. I did not use vpn or something else (at least I do not know about that).
I was banned?
if it is legal. please do a lot of shopping The Longest Journey(that it was in the top sales too). I want to buy this game.

Sometimes I have access to bundles, but then when you see the games IN the bundle, there's nothing. Classic example is the Bioshock bundle. So it says I can buy the bundle of nothing for $9.99. Weird.

I doubt anything will happen but if you get banned(i doubt that) or something then it's steams fault so just tell them what happened

Try sending a ticket to Steam's support.
So maybe if they will notice that steam has made a mistake, they will refund your purchase (and maybe they will let you keep the game into your inventory :P)

Well, the Dreamfall+Longest Journey bundle is in the top 20 now. You might be able to buy that, but it isn't the best solution if you already bought dreamfall.

Many times I have looked through the top. there just dreamfall for 75rub = 2.5 $. In any case, I traded longest Journey and now have a collection. Another game that most likely I will not play) maybe in a few years ...

do I live under a rock or something? I've never heard of this game before and apparently its well regarded. This keeps happening too, I keep hearing about games I've literally never known about before and I wonder how I missed them.

Dude! You should buy it, the games are freaking amazing. Heads up though, there's pretty much no combat it's an oldschool adventure game with puzzles, but the story is amazing.
