Not exactly a bundle, but sometimes you gain extra copies when you activate it in your steam account(that's how I won the one I gave away). I saw a guy who gave away two "the ship" and he had $30 contributor value.

Keys were given for free en masse, that's why it was counted despite never being in a bundle proper. Dota 2 was also marked as a bundle game before it got removed altogether.
