The reason why is most likely because you tried and giveaway 3 times a free game. A mod removed all 3. and probably blocked your ability to giveaway anymore. So like I said a pointless ticket they don't even bother with. It is self explanatory.

They didn't blocked it, profiles have a limited amount of giveaways that can be done at the same time. When you succesfully complete a giveaway, these slots are increased. If you delete the giveaway or don't deliver the game, one of those slots is wasted.

While I understand that 6 months is a ridiculously long time to wait, you need to understand that although you might think it's easy following those requests, it's really not. When reporting a user the mods have to launch their own investigation to determine the truth. Same goes for "removing fake -rep" with the exception being that it's literally your word vs. theirs. Which no doubt makes things beyond difficult for the mods to judge.

First off, glad to see you're still around, saw an old comment of yours on a mutual friends profile this week by chance and was wondering if you where still around.
But about the post, I think you've misunderstood my intention, with that post I was replying to the OP stating "If you really have a ticket open for that long and no reply. It must be so pointless that they don't even bother with it."
Oh and regarding the ease of those requests, sadly 2 out those user reports are active users on ST whom have been marked (so it has to be confirmed) as scammers on steamrep, I stopped filing reports for smaller stuff ever since it became rather obvious that support is getting too much work on their plate atm

reroll request (not pointless at all) - waiting more than 2 weeks already. if you had one single experience that went well, that's fine or you. i had more than 30 support tickets already. and it is simply true that they sometimes need a lot of time to react. i had everything from some hours up to 1 month. but i have to say, that rerolls usually get handled pretty quick (some hours, max. 2 days). this time something seems to be different. probably just a lot to do right now.

what a propaganda m8, last time i asked them to put prototype franchise cause my friend wanted to giveaway that game because he couldnt find it on the list.. it took them like 2 weeks to answer .. my friend had to submit his giveaway as normal prototype 2

I sent a ticket in 3 hours ago and received a reply in less than 2 hours. It is 7am here. So it would have been 4am when I sent the ticket in. 6am when I got the reply. So to anyone of you saying there slow. I am saying they are very fast. If you really have a ticket open for that long and no reply. It must be so pointless that they don't even bother with it.
