Valkyria Chronicles not in list to give away?

I can't seem to find the option to create a giveaway for Valkyria Chronicles. Am I missing something? Was it maybe free at some stage?

It's shown as 0P due to a bug. Happened to a lot of games. It will be back after bug with the API resolved

Has to do with the Steam API bug/glitch/update or whatever. It costs 0P to enter now, many other games are affected as well but it will resolve by itself.
