Question about contrib value

Just was wondering why I only have $30.00. I am not worried about it but it seems odd. This is why:

1st Gifted - The Ship: Complete Pack - $19.99 Contrib

2nd Gifted - The Ship: Complete Pack - $30.00 Contrib

If I got $19.99 for the first one, wouldn't the second one equal to $39.98? Like I said, I am not too worried about it, I just think some how it got messed up, because the game is still at $19.99 on Steam.

I traded a friend for it, he doesn't use steamgifts and he had no one to gift it too, so he gave it to me.

First $25 of bundle games count as "normal", additional bundle games count for up to 20% of your "normal" purchases.

$25 + Min($25 * 0.2, additional bundles) = $30
