I bought a month subscription gift to humble monthly bundle weeks ago because I saw the early release and got super excited. I've been really busy so only checked my email a time or two and wasn't entirely sure how it worked out so didn't get worried when I never saw an email. Remembered today that I never got the games, so I looked at my email. Found the email and claimed the subscription. Huzzah! It's February now. Not January. FML.

So now you all get Darksouls.

I also found a few games I apparently never gave away so have these too and if they don't work, then you can go fuck off.

Vermintide
Marooners
Caveblazers

EDIT: DS III dlc up now.

Indubitably. I'm just glad I don't tend to look at my bank account... Otherwise, I'd probably be upset.

Reminds me of when I subscribed to get Dark Souls II, only to realize I already had it.

That's a painful realization, except for the part where you wanted to play Dark Souls

Here's hoping that there might be something else in the bundle that you've really been wanting. :)

Okay, you're ignoring me hardcore, so I'll just directly ask.
Since my last joke thread few months ago, until now there was around a dozen people adding me and asking me "Is Mully from SG Hot"...
SO I would like to ask you, if you know why?

Well if you don't know or plan to tell me the secret, I'd just say it here so everyone can understand. I don't know Mully or anything about her. Don't bloody ask me such stuff, I'm the one ending with a headache here...

So is she? Is she hot? You must tell us.

I was going to suggest for you to see if you could trade the games that you didn't want for those that you do want. Then I saw the GAs.

Thank you!

I thought of it. I'm pretty lazy, and fairly shy. Trading would take far too much effort. Besides I probably wouldn't play Civ VI for a very long time. I'm pretty busy atm.

Sorry to hear that. Are you not into Dark Souls? Also about this bundle. Does DLC have separate key?

The DLC is a separate key.

I have tried Dark Souls 1 and discovered I do not have the time to give it a decent play. I'm bad at it, so it'd take a great deal of effort to beat.

Yes, I will give away the DLC after this is over, so the winner has a chance.

Yeah, Dark Souls requires time, tons of trial and error. If first one did not grab you, passing third one is probably a good decision. It's little easier, but stil mostly the same game. If you want to try playing it again in the future, you can plow through the games by playing multiplayer. It's much, much easier this way, but I am not sure what if online is still alive for the first one.

Multiplayer requires friends. What do I look like to you? Someone that can make and maintain relationships?!

Multiplayer in Dark Souls is different. You just summon people that want to help.

That's an unfortunate mistake, but thanks for the generosity, Kairuku. :)

That's really unfortunate. You could contact Humble support and explain the situation to them, and ask if they could charge you for January to get the January games - no guarantee, but maybe they can do something.

Live and learn. Probably a blessing in disguise anyway

Unlikely that you will get anything out of them, though. They are pretty strict with Humble Monthly, or with purchasing any bundle after the deadline is over in general.

Could be, I figured it's something to try. I had a time where I meant to cancel my subscription, but did so too late, and was charged for the bundle. I contacted support, and they refunded it for me.

Well, refunding is easy - they only need to give you back the money and take back the keys. On the other hand, buying is not so simple, since it would break their contract to sell the bundle after the specified date. I did emailed them once to buy a bundle I missed, and got that answer.

Oh, okay. Good to know.

That's awkward. They likely won't be able to do anything about it (their established policy is that they can modify and correct existing purchases, but not back-date failed ones), but you should really complain to Humble about them not having made it clearer to you during the purchase.

I'm far from confrontational. So your suggestion is never going to happen. Besides, I've been tired lately. It was likely my addled brain that made the mistake. Nothing they should be responsible for... Que sera sera or whatever. Think the stoics would have a good answer on this about it not being a big deal or something.
