try maybe to uninstall the drivers, then do a custom installation with only the drivers (no stuff like 3dvision)?

1/ Download latest Nvidia driver from Nvidia site. It's a 200+ Mo EXE file.
2/ Uninstall current driver via Windows Control Panel (and reboot to be sure) => you'll probably get an awfully low resolution at this time
3/ Launch the installer downloaded at step 1 and DON'T FORGET to tick the "perform a clean installation" checkbox (see screenshot below)
4/ If still stuck after a new reboot, an exorcist may be helpful :)

Uninstall GF Experience. Download DDU (display driver uninstaller). Run it in safe mode, clean up, restart and install new drivers. In the future maybe opt out of GFE unless you don't know how to configure game settings or need Shadowplay for streaming.

My GPU is MSI GTX 780Ti Twin Frozr
Latest driver installed : 350.12
Just downloaded version 353.30 and then express installation, it is all failed in the end.
It never happened before,
My driver is still considered 350.12, but when I open 3DMark is said your hardware is not compatible, to run this test you need direct-x 11 compatible GPU.
Damn looks like my driver ruined by failing of installing new NVIDIA driver.
