When your giveaway for MDNE is set to Received by the winner you will receive 5CV and be Level 1.
All your other giveaways are for games that receive 0CV as they were given away free in the past.

And if you have any questions left, don't be afraid to ask, the community is actually mostly friendly. As for your level: simply put, you won't get CV games that's been given away for free at some point. As it's been already mentioned above, these games are marked by ** in the GA creation form.

In his defense he didn't exactly gave away those 50cv games you can get for free.

Leveling up is nice since being level 1 or 2 can expand the list of giveaways available to you considerably, but it does involve spending money. If you can't afford a game bundle or a cheap steam gift, you'll probably remain at zero - but you still can access many GAs so I wouldn't worry so much about that.

Don't worry about leveling up fast because there aren't "exploits" you can use (those 50CV games or free keys become worthless really quickly), just enter the GAs you want, be patient, and you can give back to SG whenever you can.
