How do I get and use a key here on Steamgifts?

The way it works is you can enter giveaways for games, and if you win them you'll receive a key (or gift) which you can then activate on your account. Head over to the FAQ to read about the site rules and stuff. Essentially you can only win games for yourself, and you have to activate the games you win on your own account, you can't trade them or give them away.

Edit: Note that there are usually very low odds for winning a public giveaway. I see on your profile that you've entered 4 giveaways. If you check other people's profiles, you'll find many people have entered multiple thousands of giveaways. This is because there are usually a lot of entries for a public giveaway. If there are on average 1200 entries, then on average it will take you 1200 giveaways for you to win one. But don't be disheartened, private giveaways are often done on the forums in the form of puzzles and such, and they usually have much lower entry numbers. There are also groups which give away games amongst themselves but those usually require you to give away games too.

I noticed you created another post asking how to level up. Are you asking how you can get a key to give away here so you can level up? You cannot give away keys of games that you got for free. There are many websites where you can buy games to give away, like Humble Bundle, Indie Gala, Groupees, Bundle Stars, or you can buy a game directly from Steam and store it in your inventory. When a winner is chosen you can send the key directly to them through steamgifts or if it is a steam game in your inventory (not activated on your account), you can send it to their email or add them as a friend on steam and send it that way.
