for those it's not showing in library page, instead of library try https://www.humblebundle.com/home/purchases page?

And to think I even praised them moments ago. Yeah, right: pay early and get the middle finger. Way to go HB!

It's called early access not pay now and get later access. Their email says:"Payment Successful!
As you wait for the full bundle to unlock on February 3, 2017, dive into XCOM® 2.
Download".
When it comes to paying for something and getting nothing in return although I'm promised instant access I can't forgive any store for bad practices. And HB has started to have quite a few bugs recently.
I'm sure I'll get a key eventually. I don't like a system that takes the money first and lets you waiting for the product afterwards. That's all.

I know it's a bug. Last time I encountered an annoying bug on their store I even told them what causes it, the associated corner cases, how to temporarily bypass it and how to fix it code wise. I'm just tired of all these bugs stemming from bad QA.

is that a new policy ? It didn't work like this before and it is inconsistent with the FAQ:

I've been on a multi-month sub since September and I've always gotten the unlock one week prior.

To answer your question, there's a difference between being a subscriber (which is a status you get when paying immediately) and signing up for a subscription plan where you pay for several months in advance. If you are in the former you can pay for the next month once it's available and get the early unlock. If you have a paid-in-advance multi-month plan you get the game a week prior to the main bundle release.

Sorry for the necro (this was linked in another thread :P), but their support has been late to answer a doubt I asked them, and as a multi-month subscriber you can probably tell me.
If I change to a yearly subscription, will they still charge me on a monthly basis or all $132 in one go?

It probably depends on what your current subscription is? I signed up for yearly but it was my first subscription. And it's paid all in advance. If you already have say a six-month subscription and you want to upgrade in the middle of it I'm not sure if it would start immediately (with a credit for what's left on your account) or only once your existing subscription was over. Whatever the case though I'd bet it ends up being charged right away.

Yeah, figured as much, but figured it wouldn't hurt to ask. :)
I have a monthly subscription, but since I was happy with the vast majority of it all last year, I figured I'd give them a chance at another full year and save a month of pay while at it. :)
But since the credit card I use for it has a very low max spending per month (barely above the amount of pay for 1 year), the only way for me to do so is maybe pay this month's credit card expenditure in advance as it will probably release the full amount again (gonna have to take it up with the bank and see). Gotta hurry if I want to do it in time for next one, as subscription deadline ends on the 27th. ^.^

I'm on a multi-month subscription and was able to get the keys for Warhammer Vermintide immediately after the announcement in early December.
And XCOM 2 just unlocked for me as well.

Which plan are you on, and when did you last make a payment?

6 month plan. My first bundle was the December bundle. When I subscribed I was charged the full price for the whole 6 months in advance.

Interesting.
However I just discovered a means to get the XCOM key myself.
I went to the Humble Monthly page and there was an option to "Pay to Unlock Early" and when I did that I had to press one more button at the top of the screen that said "Get Now". It followed with a message saying it was successful and that I would be charged per my plan, which is nothing since it's paid in advance.
NOT OBVIOUS, BUT SO GLAD YOUR POST PROMPTED ME TO INVESTIGATE! :D

Yes, I had to follow these steps as well. I admit, it's quite confusing to have to select "Pay to Unlock Early" when you already paid for it.

Anyone else just unlocked Early Purchase for February's Humble Bundle and not actually have XCom 2 in their library?
I can get to the bundle page but no XCom key just a thing saying next month's bundle will unlock on Feb 3rd.
Update: Upon further investigation it seems EU Customers have no keys.
Update 19:35 : Seems to be fixed
