To be honest, I don't believe you're the only one who's missed out on these. Numerous bundle sites add keys once games are published on Steam. Also check your profile on Indiegala, Indie Royale, Bundle Stars, Flying Bundle, etc.

A lot of sites do it that way. At least with groupees I can see which ones are new by looking at if the key is striked through.

This thread and this site help a lot with keeping track of those stuff.

There should be an option to filter games that are unused, that would make it a lot easier.

after I found that Groupees key I went through the rest of my bundles and found 2 other keys that I haven't redeemed. Thanks for the kick!

Yeah, I noticed the same thing a little while back. I had lost track of which bundles I'd purchased and which games got Greenlit, until I went back and looked one day.

Sure, this thread deals with that exact topic. The OP can no longer keep up the list as he has other commitments but people still post news of keys released by the various bundle sites as and when they are made available.
