Problem with some GMOD achievements

Hey guys, I hope someone can help me with this, I've been having trouble completing some achievements such as Bad Friend, War Zone, Innocent Bystander, etc.

I just opened a Single Player game to make some other achievements and they worked now these don't, what am I doing wrong?
