If you report them they will be banned then you can remove them from your blacklist. Blacklisting regifters doesn't help the community at all.

Nobody gets perma on first infraction, that's true (unless scamming, multi accounts or misuse of giveaway feedback), but if they keep doing the same thing over and over again then eventually they'll get a perma as well.

It looks like you don't do a whole lot of low level public giveaways so you could just remove anyone 2 and under or something. I don't bother adding most of those people since they probably will never level up anyway.

Same here, my blacklist is flooded, I have 19 people on it, and most of them are regifters. I only report when they regifted several games, or nodbody else reported them. Why bother reporting someone when 5 people clearly stated that they sent a report? That just floods the mods with tickets they have to look through, I don't wanna waste their time qx
