Ok, my backpack is pretty full, and for two reasons: crates, and weapons. I only use a small amount of weapons, and most of them I don't use. However, I don't scrapbank them because I'm afraid that I will one day be in a specific situation where I will need them, and then I won't have them, and I will be melancholy. But, I've somewhat gotten over that, so I need help knowing which weapons I should get rid of.

Now, here's a link to my bp: http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198045102955

I've organized my bp in a special way, so here it is:

Page 1 to 4: Just useless stuff, crates and weps (except for strange YER and S. Scotman Scultutter)

Page 5: Two parts, top and bottom half

Top: Just stuff, weps and useless stuff

Bottom: Stranges that I use, except for s. detonator and s. market gardener

Page 6: 5 rows

   Row 1: Hats

   Row 2: Miscs

   Row 3: Key

Row 4: Duplicate weps (I'm gonna scrapbank these)

   Row 5: All my metal

If it's sold for $0.01 then yes. I sold most of my crates already and made like $0.50

That's 1/4 of your yearly listings.

You only get 200 a year.

I thought that you could only make 200 dollars a year from the marketplace for tax reasons. Nowhere have I read that you can only have 200 listings a year.

It's 200 listings. Currently my market page says:

"You have created 176 listings this year and are nearing your limit. During the beta period, you are not allowed to sell more than 200 items in a calendar year. To find out more about this limitation, please visit the FAQ."

$200 is also the maximum you can have in your Steam Wallet, but as the others have said, it's listed here.

Is there a limit on the number of transactions I can participate in in the Community Market?
During the beta period we will impose a limit of 200 sales per calendar year starting January 1, 2013.**

I've sold some for $.50 and one for $1

Actually you need to list it for 0.02 to get the cent because steam takes a cut.

I sold a few dozen of those at 0.01 (0.02 from buyers perspective). Even if they don't sell, at least they will be put on the marketplace which means more room in your inventory.

Exactly this point, they leave your inventory, freeing up room.

well, I'm gonan marketplace all my crates, but I can't keep 1 of each wep. There's too many weps in tf2 for me to do that.

if you don't want anyone to buy your crates but just want more room, either bp expander or put them on the market for absurd prices.

Keep in mind you can only have up to 200 dollars worth of stuff on the market place.

Amputator, Solemn Vow, 3rd Degree, Holy Mackerel.
Or, if you want not quite straight upgrades, Ubersaw, Market Gardener, Candy Cane, Backscratcher.
Eight examples. So, you were saying? :D

If the above are bad according to you, stock weapons suck donkey balls.
And oh, pray tell, what is good flamethrower, or medic melee, then?

What about the Pyro land stuff? You can't tell me that stuff sucks. Most people just let it hit them and die almost instantly.

If you're claiming stock is better than Amputator, Solemn Vow, or Third Degree, which are STRAIGHT UPGRADES, you pretty much don't know what you're talking about, or are that mythical Norse thing.
Same with stock Flamer, Backburner is better for ambush Pyro, while Degreaser beats it in puff and sting. Hell, Rainblower is stock Flamer, except with very deadly taunt added, so all three beat stock easily.

  1. create an alt account
  2. get a trusted friend to transfer items, or use sandboxie or some other program to run a separate unique instance of steam and trade them over yourself
  3. there is no 3. not every list has a 3.
