Suggestion list, please read before making new suggestion [BUILDING]

Hello everybody, I'm seeing a lot of suggestions that have been already considered and denied, so for these people who cannot use Search option, or just for people who are curious, I'm making this list.
It still need a lot of data, so i will be grateful to anyone who could help.
