I think....
A quick fix for this is to simply comment on one of their giveaways. They'll see the message notification the next time they log into SG.

That's their responsibility. If they deliver faulty key and don't care to check on it within 7 days, you are allowed to mark it as ''not-received'' and have a visible penalty on their profile.

I know but I would like to avoid giving them a penalty if possible and also if we can re-roll or delete the GA then I can also enter the same giveaways again faster instead of having to wait a week. A simple email may be enough to reach them.

Those "statistics" are irrelevant (and quite wrong also - but whatever)
Also, not everything is about "hurry"

Non working keys can already be handled by in-GA comments and in the case of deletions/re-rolls the need to be handled in comments as mods will need to see the winner agreeing to it, so it seems to me that the main, if not only, motivation for the proposed feature is - and I quote the comment I replied to above:
then I can also enter the same giveaways again faster
See:
faster
That does seems like hurry to me, and even if I -not being a native english speaker- made the worst word choice in history by writing hurry, the point I wanted to make was: Since being able to enter some extra GAs some days earlier won't make any appreciable difference (according to my own observations) I feel this feature doesn't have any value to justify the effort and resources it would take to implement.
Also, we all know that there are at least some people who would start spamming the GA creator the second they win something, and any mechanism added to prevent abuse just means more effort and resources used for no gain.
At least that's what I think.

The only point I disagree with is this, because the same can happen from the creator to the winner :P
I was in a hurry yesterday and probably sounded.. "off". For some reason I got "upset" (due to lack of a better word) over the luck thing.. 1 ga a week or the same ga. This depends on maaaany things..
To me, it doesn't matter much if something like this (the e-mail) changes or not. It won't make much difference to anything anyway buuuut it doesn't mean some aren't lucky :P

Same thing applies for creators to winners.. Yet, they get to see the e-mail to be able to send a message if needed.
It doesn't make much difference anyway as all can see the steam profile but I'm just saying..

This has probably been suggested before but I couldn't find a thread for it. Can the winner have the ability to send one message to the GA creator's email through SG if the key doesn't work? We don't see their email address. SG sends the message to them.
Or maybe SG could add a button on the GA page if the key doesn't work. You could select if the key was invalid, duplicate, or possibly region locked and SG could send the creator an email telling them.
This might help if we can't contact them through Steam or if they don't visit the site regularly.
