I won used DLC key..

Well as in the title.. I won key for Warframe Booster Pack but it is already used.. I cant activate it at my 2 accounts. One older and one just maked for be sure.. What should I do? It's day 6 after I won this giveaway..

Whats wrong with 2 steam accounts?

Granted I am confused why he would try to activate it on his other account but nothing wrong with having multiple steam accounts.

Not "two steam accounts"
I meant two Warframe acounts. One older which I was always playing and one just for check the legit of key..

It's non steam key for DLC which can be bought at steam and contain this same thing as DLC at steam.

Making a a giveaway of Non Steam games is against the rules, you should report the GA creator, even if it was a case when he gave you a valid key, since you never received what he gaveaway.

Even if GA creator gives you a valid key, and you mark it as received, this will be against the rules for both, because you never received a Steam copy of it.

Plenty of giveaways for Warframe booster packs were created that give 60$ CV each, all of them aren't Steam redeemable, but winners don't care and GA creators too.

Try contacting the guy who hosted the giveaway, he might have given the wrong key or something. If he doesn't respond/tries to lie his way out of it, just mark as "Not Received" and move on.
