I got his main steam account.. I told him he has 7days to give me the game on my steam account. If not I will report. Don't have high hopes that he will actually buy the game just to gift though..

I guarantee you what this guy was doing was creating new accounts, using those accounts to scam games from other people, then giving them away here. Definitely report this to steam support as well.

People sell steam accounts with any games for cheap prices. That's probably why this guy was giving an account instead of a gift. He probably found this account for $0.30 (unless he cracked/stole it himself)
