Is it possible to create a giveaway for a Steam redeemable game/DLC from GMG? I have some credit on my account, and it would be a good way to start contributing to the community.

You can create giveaways for keys from the various stores or elsewhere (as long as they're not from indie bundles). It's nice to mention that in the description.
