How do I set the custom price? When I select "Custom" there is no field to type the numbers.

I've got it, if you use Firefox try using the private browsing mode.

Sorry if that sounds like s silly question. As a regular HIB purchaser, but first time Indie Gala buyer, I find it strange to announce some bonuses so close to the end of the sale.

Technically they already announced it, but they messed it up, so that's why it's taking longer than usual(?).
They had keys for "Victoria II" up for a few minutes(? I didn't see it myself), but it turned out the keys were actually for a Victoria I add-on, so if you didn't already have Victoria I, the key simply wouldn't work.
AFAIK, they haven't yet decided what to replace that with, but they have promised it will definitely be a Steam game (could still be Victoria II, or not).

Keys never expire. (unless it's a limited promo, which this is not)

On the email that you receive after buying the bundle.

Ok, so that's the reason there are saying that I should use them, because in case one of them didn't work I can contact them, but if I used them after the bundle expire, will probably take some time in order to get a new key.
