Well, as some know, I'm a Shaolin Kung Fu athlete, and managed to win the São Paulo Tournament, nailing 3rd in nationals three months afterwards. This means everyday I need to train, so my body is fully prepared to the stress of fighting and presenting forms. It's painful, but totally worth it.

Yes I haven't cared before, but I wish to take part in the US Military so I need to do something :P.
Been increasing my general fitness (Cardio and Weight Lifting), doing speed runs to increase my speed and my agility. I bench, clean, do pull-ups, push-ups, incline bench presses, squats, and casually doing sit-ups and random things with free weights.
I started running 1 mile per week, then I increased to two miles twice a week. I started running one mile in about 14 minutes (LOL), but now I can run 1 mile in about 7:30, I run two miles in 14:57 minutes. Better than nothing right?
I have improved and I think I've gotten shorter... I went from 5'5 to 5'3... at least that's what the height scale I've been checking said to me >.>. My weight has remained the same, I keep changing back and forth from 119 - 122, not sure why but it has been doing that for 6 months.

Find a coach. If you had one, you'd probably know that you can't really run long distances and do power exercises at the same time, because it's completely no use. Of course you'd somewhat improve your stamina, but you surely can't have any hope for muscle mass to increase at all, your energy being all but wasted on anaerobics by mixing it with cardio that way. Physical training shouldn't be mindless!
Get a trainer, learn to concentrate on results you really need instead of throwing in everything you can think about. In your six months you could do much much better if you'd restricted your exercise to things you need and consulted a professional, or at the very least read up on the matter.

Agreed with this. If you can't find a permanent coach, look for a one time session and talk about what you want and have him/her set you up with a schedule.
I think it's good though to have a mix of cardio and weights, but should choose one to work with. If you want weight lifting, then ever other day add on 20 minutes of cardio. (ie monday: 40 minute weights. tuesday: 40 minute weight 20 minute cardio (or 20 weights) and so on)
Weight fluctuating can be normal if you drink a lot of water (or in general: water weight. it's there one day gone the next)
But great job with increasing your time! it's not "better than nothing" it's a huge improvement :)

Doing cardio and aerobic weight training simultaneously is perfectly fine. But aerobic training won't get you much mass anyway, it has different goals. From the post, I think mass increase was a priority. If not, one doing aerobics shouldn't really bother about muscle mass -- being heavy just gets in the way when you are a runner, it makes perfect sense from your body's point of view :)

Used to run around 6-10 km, cycle about 11 km and finally row for 5 km, every day. Would lift occasionally as well and do exercises to build core strength. But now that I'm in university my rhythm and schedules have gone down the gutter and I haven't worked out for a while. Still trying to get over this state of lethargy. Maybe I'll get my crap together by the end of December.

I used to go to the gym every morning when I was younger because I wanted to impress my then girlfriend. But over time weed became more of a priority... and the rest is history !

Gymming isn't my thing. Instead I do stretches at every opportunity, capoeira training at least twice a week, gymnastics whenever I can, and occasionally rock climbing.

I don't work out purely for exercise that much but I do martial arts. I specifically train in kali and brazilian jiu-jitsu. My hope is to join the Dog Brothers tribe eventually and I've fought in a gathering like event and plan to do my first offical gathering in Feb. Fun stuff... if you're an idiot like me.

I run. Occasionally. But otherwise, when I'm at work I walk up the stairs rather than use the elevators. Keeps me busy at night when there's nothing to do.
I also walk, and I'll skip rope if I have one laying around (I don't own one.)
Outside of that, I do pushups about three times a week. I'm pretty lazy on this one...But every night before bed, I do about 500 straight punches. Yeah, yeah, before people who read Manga get into it with me, it's the same thing that Kamishiro Yuu did in Holyland. Except he did 2000 or so, I'm not that extreme. Though to test myself the highest I'd gone before I couldn't do it correctly anymore (and for about a week) was 1,100 or so. No more than 1,150 straights. My buddies hate when I punch them because of that, and they do love to hit and get hit.

Doing Martial Arts Tricking once a week, a little bit of cardio if I can get me to it and bodyweighttraining 2-3 times a week....oh and also stretching, because I need that a lot and I'm often too lazy for that ^^

I used to work out, but lately my job takes up most of my time and what little I have left I don't feel like dragging myself to the gym. I do mini workouts now, pull ups, sit ups, and push ups in my room. Now I need to find a routine for my cardio :/

Not so much any more. :\ I used to go to the gym.. but then I moved. From a town of 22k people to a city of 665k people. I really liked the gym I went to, but the nearest one here (I know poor excuse) is on the other side of the mountain. And I read reviews about it, and the owner is rude to people (going up to them and telling them off, saying they're doing something wrong, blasting loud music regardless of how customers feel etc). The gym I went to was nice, no music or tvs played. Each machine downstairs had it's own mini tv, that only had sound if you plugged headphones in, otherwise it had subtitles. Upstairs was weights, they had tvs up there but muted. It had a really nice atmosphere. And I liked the sauna for after working out. Didn't have to worry about people either, girls had their own, and same for guys.
I also had a yoga class at college in the same town. I don't think I'll ever find a class like it.. They always want bright rooms with windows to show off the classes.. The yoga class, she turned down the lights to have a comfortable setting, made sure it was warm, and had quiet relaxing music. I also took an arobic weight training class. That was nice, I know some things I can do at home without machines because of the class.
But ever since I've moved here I haven't done anything, and I feel weaker. It bothers me. I've been doing squats and some yoga I remember, but not much more. I don't really know what to do otherwise. Gyms are costly, the free one I can go to is 30 minutes away (and full of military personal so I'd feel pathetic compared to them). I'll just work on squats, yoga, and some basic weight training. I'll figure something for cardio. I'm pretty pathetic though! Even when I went to the gym. But I was going to the gym to get more in shape. I'm not worried about weight loss, I just hate feeling out of shape.
TL;DR Not so much since I've moved here, but I hate feeling out of shape. I've been working on squats and some simple yoga moves.
I wonder if anyone has any good videos for yoga that they'd recommend?
