just fyi:
- The member have until the 13th day of the month to create your mandatory giveaway. If not, the member will be notified and removed from group.
- All the mandatory giveaways have to start at the 15th day of the month (To avoid problems with leechers).
those two rules kinda contradict each other. you can't have until the 13th & the 15th be the mandatory start date. unless you mean you have to create it two days before it starts which is kinda a odd rule to have to create it but not allow entries for two days.

That could be worded a little better yeah. It essentially means that by the 13th day you have had to make your GA and all GA's start date must 15th day :]

pretty standard situation for groups who need to update localized trackers... that gives the group mods 48 hours to ensure group compliance and remove members who are violating prior to their ability to enter group GA's.
