I believe you've missed something that lost value in Steam Store.

https://www.steamgifts.com/stats/personal/community is flat because the two games are only 1,2+4,5 $cv and that's less than 1 % of your cv. According to your profile you need at least additional 8,12$cv to get the next level.

Maybe you had the Daedelic bug thing you had more cv then you really were supposed too.
