Why wasn't it "resolved" when the winner is suspended already? Is there another step after that? I've never dealt with a situation like that so I'm curious.

Looks like he's suspended because of another thing unrelated to my case. Seems He's already suspended before I submitted my ticket

It's been a long time since I wanted to create some new giveaways since a have some leftover from bundles. Of course I was just too lazy and had a lot of things to do so I ended up postponing it. Today when I finally decided to make my first train, I noticed my latest giveaway is marked as not received. I remember sending it using Steam's email gifting and found that the user have activated it. Anyway I proceed to create a ticket to support and noticed that the winner is suspended. Well good to know these kind of people is being dealt with and hope my ticket got resolved.
Anyway, without further ado; onboard the train with
M*xwrby replacing*with the number of characters a giveaway code should have.Cheers & have fun!
P.S.: Too bad I'm limited to 8 giveaways. Still have a few more left ;)
EDIT: PeteOzzy resolved my ticket and is kind enough to effor me some extra GA slots. So I put a few more games to the train! If you have finished the train before, board the extra carriages from
WtR 0X(remove the space!). New GA will run a bit longer to allow people who missed it to enter.Comment has been collapsed.
