Just out of curiosity - what was/is the level of the felon and what kind of ga was it? (i mean: public, invite, lvl requirement, etc)
I haven't had any problem to this day but i didn't tought of checking winners of my gas up until recently... so i have no idea how many of my winners were bad user of some kind - thus no idea if theres any typical profile to then

It was a public unrestricted GA, but I saw the felon actually did a giveaway once, so I guess he's a lvl 1 leecher

I mean, not saying higher level sgers can't make jerk moves but i imagine its rare. Leeching is lower on my list of bad things that can be done on sg- not marking received is higher

All my tickets that's been really important (i.e. not reports for begging) has been handled rather swiftly and painlessly within a day or two max. So cheer up, should be resolved soon, hopefully :)

It's been a long time since I wanted to create some new giveaways since a have some leftover from bundles. Of course I was just too lazy and had a lot of things to do so I ended up postponing it. Today when I finally decided to make my first train, I noticed my latest giveaway is marked as not received. I remember sending it using Steam's email gifting and found that the user have activated it. Anyway I proceed to create a ticket to support and noticed that the winner is suspended. Well good to know these kind of people is being dealt with and hope my ticket got resolved.
Anyway, without further ado; onboard the train with

P.S.: Too bad I'm limited to 8 giveaways. Still have a few more left ;)
EDIT: PeteOzzy resolved my ticket and is kind enough to effor me some extra GA slots. So I put a few more games to the train! If you have finished the train before, board the extra carriages from
