update1:
Still no entry. Add some hints:
When you get something partly random, not fully chaos, you're on the right way, just figure out why.
When you finally read something but not familiar with the topic, remember, background information is not needed, google keywords you're not sure about.
Something is hard to recognize without equals.
When I try to make a meme, I will...

update2:
Check your answers here.

update3:
3 solvers.

update4:
3 solvers, 2 entries.
One more hint: When you get some message, don't be so sure it's the event happened recently, dig deeper and you will find a much suitable one.

Solution

Part One
When you get something partly random, not fully chaos, you're on the right way, just figure out why.
Notice 6g is not HEX,and there's no a, so try g->a, opps...doesn't work, then try ROT+1 bcdefg->abcdef.

55 6b 30 6e 53 43 42 4e 53 31 67 67 55 30 4e 44 53 56 68 61 55 6c 4e 4e 55 6b 4a 4b 49 45 35 43 53 53 42 54 53 69 42 59 52 6b 51 67 51 55 52 52 51 79 34 67 54 55 74 53 53 43 42 4e 57 46 4e 57 49 46 5a 54 56 46 67 67 55 30 6f 67 55 55 70 44 57 45 52 53 57 6c 4e 44 52 46 67 67 51 55 4a 57 57 43 31 4f 53 55 4a 57 4c 55 4e 59 53 31 4a 4b 57 53 42 4e 53 56 4a 52 56 6b 5a 4c 49 46 6c 52 53 56 4a 4b 54 43 42 4e 53 31 67 67 51 55 74 54 56 6b 5a 53 51 6b 70 49 49 45 52 59 55 30 78 52 57 43 42 4f 55 6b 70 54 52 43 34 67 54 55 74 4a 57 46 67 67 52 46 68 4e 54 56 68 4a 53 43 77 67 54 6c 4a 4a 53 45 30 67 51 6b 70 59 49 46 4a 49 49 46 46 47 52 6c 68 4a 49 45 46 54 53 46 67 75

then HEX->TEXT->BASE64

RM'H MKX SCCIXZRSMRBJ NBI SJ XFD ADQC. MKRH MXSV VSTX SJ QJCXDRZSCDX ABVX-NIBV-CXKRJY MIRQVFK YQIRJL MKX AKSVFRBJH DXSLQX NRJSD. MKIXX DXMMXIH, NRIHM BJX RH QFFXI ASHX.

Try Caesar Cipher with every offset. Found nothing.Then analyse the longest word SCCIXZRSMRBJ, it's a rare structure for an English word, try "abbreviation" then put it into these sentences, guess other words and get this:

It's the abbreviation for an EPL club. This team make an unbelivable come-from-behind triumph during the Champions League Final. Three letters, first one is upper case.

If you're not familiar with football, google "EPL" and "Champions League".
Many people guess Chelsea, but you need to dig deeper, check this list and you will find out 2005 Liverpool vs Milan (Istanbul Miracle) is a much suitable match.

So Part One's answer: Lfc

Part Two
77 51 66 111 90 109 100 48
ASCII->TEXT
M3BoZmd0
BASE64->TEXT
3phfgt

When I try to make a meme, I will...
It doesn't matter if you are not familiar with meme, and it's not a meme, it's about making meme.
So google "meme" and try out the website which is used for making meme.
The first result is quickmeme.com, make a meme yourself you will find out it use 6 random letters to short url.

http://qkme.me/3phfgt
hey Yo!
It's obviously that part two's answer is 2 letters, so try hY...It doesn't work.
Then come back to the photo, a famous photo of Kony, but it's a reverse one. And that means Yh is the answer.

Here's the link
I added a quiz to check these two answers, so that made this puzzle much easier.

Final result: 130 players, 6 solvers. Congrats to the people who solved it!

I was stuck at 3phfgt, I tried to look for a site which accepts strings like that but I am not familiar with this topic and I thought that site accepts only an ID format ("#id=224269584")... Mission failed, it was a nice game too. Thanks for the puzzle, Max. ;)

Edit: First part reminds me The Gold-Bug novel by Edgar Allan Poe. Finally I could decode a cypher here following that example, it was funny ;)
