There is an impossible number of 'sexy' women in videogames, and honestly nothing really springs to mind, so instead I'm gonna nominate by sheer cuteness potential and go for Fidget from Dust : An Elysian Tail. May or may not have to do with missing the late family dog, and mentally cross-referencing fluffy doge hugs with the flying nimbat.
Its too easy to just have a revealing outfit or an idealised figure. Sexy is easy. Personality and attitude helps them stand apart, and backstory/interactions really help them shine, but I honestly can't think of anything that stands out. Maybe Fran from FFXII for the english VAs husky voice combining with her implacable accent (I found the area it was from in the UK but long since forgot), but an accent alone isn't enough, especially not with a flat character in a bad game (hypocritically I really disliked Balthier seeming like an exact male equivalent, physically attractive but with token parts just to randomly interject and remind you of how sexy his accent is trying to be).
I can't think of a complete package that really wins it for me. So yeah, I'm gonna stick with patting the ginger bat-thing on the head. Yes.

Jokes aside, that character is cute (and it's a great game!). Not my favorite fluffy thing tho, but when I think about it I am not sure which one would be mine. xD
But yes, in terms of just raw idealized/fantasized human aesthetics and sex appeal, the world of video games (and fiction at large) is choc-full of such characters, especially since that is often the base for a character up until a personality is added. Based off of one's taste a character may strike a chord more than another, but ultimately it's all just an endless sea perfect babes/hunks that you'd realistically think are 10/10s in real life. So, indeed, finding "the one" is difficult. It is why I found it interesting that many in this thread didn't just choose typical bikini-armor babes but instead fairly modest and realistic characters with developed personalities.
Like, sure, all of the ladies from Witcher 3 are gorgeous and 10/10s for real life standards, but the reason why they get brought up so much over [insert half-naked anime fighting game female with a crazy body here] is due to them having some actual depth to their character.
Final Fantasy, eh, I am biased as I am not a fan of those but it doesn't surprise me that most of the characters are flat and same-y, not to mention trope-y... Just the J-RPG and weeb way.
But yeah, I agree with you - I can't pick. I can't pick even my favorite "10/10 sex incarnate" character based off of just looks alone, far less select a favorite female character overall (based off aesthetics, personality and general "fictional character coolness").

Haha... Not quite, at least for me; Instead it's, like... Really wanting hazelnut icecream in a sea of icecream of various awesome flavours (vanilla, chocolate, nutella and so on), but not hazelnut. You can bet your ass that I'd be more than happy to "settle" with those other flavours. :D

Thanks for the reminder that I need to play the Blackwell series. I can never seem to find a perfect time to start into them, so perhaps after my christmas temporary job has finished I'll bundle up at home and give 'em a shot.

Yes! I played them in the dead of winter and it was just about perfect. Do be aware that the first game is pretty wonky compared to the later ones, but the second game is my personal favourite, so the series does improve quickly. (Admittedly, Lauren is kind of the reason the second game is my favourite.)

Some of the best series have wobbly first entries. I'm slowly trying to push my way through the first Witcher game, given I've owned Witcher 2 forever and bought Witcher 3 about 8 months ago, haha. So long as it has some heart and soul, I'll soldier on through to get to the juicier ones. Maybe with some youtube for occasional breaks. Maybe with large mugs of tea and some unhealthy guilty pleasure food. Yes, this sounds like a plan.

Okay, I think you're in Chapter 2. Stick with it, it picks up from there. I remember that the game started really slowly, didn't begin to get interesting until Chapter 2, and really picked up from Chapter 3 on.
